I got sucked in by Meghan Quinn again, my friend. The vicious trollop. LOL!
I’ve never been a “hockey” fan (even though I live in Minnesota) and I never thought I’d be reading a hockey romance. But here we are.
I don’t remember what caused me to read this one, other than the fact I needed something that was on the Kindle app because I was away from home when I started and needed something to read ASAP.
Of course, I didn’t realize this was a series of three, so I got sucked into reading all of them. Be warned.
This book follows Silas and Ollie in an age-gap dynamic with hilarious consequences. (Of course, it all works out in the end.)
Ollie is out with her girls when her nemesis flaunts that she’s now dating Ollie’s ex. To get back at them, she kisses the first guy at the bar she can grab, saying he’s her new boyfriend.
Little did she know that guy was going to be Silas Taters – a big deal of a hockey player!
Antics ensue after the kiss and Silas puts Ollie to work to make his ex-girlfriend jealous, too. (A real winner there, let me tell ya. But I’ll leave the craziness for you to uncover.)
Needless to say, the two start to fall hopelessly in love, despite the ten-year gap in age. Ollie’s in college, for crying out loud.
None of that matters as their connection begins to rebuild the broken pieces of their hearts and mend the future that at times seems to be in peril for the both of them.
In conclusion, you won’t be disappointed in “Right Man, Right Time.” It’s a rollercoaster of emotions – many of which hilarious – and you’ll love every single minute of it.
